We are a family owned and operated shoe store still operated by the founding family. We specialize in service before and after the sale.  Shoes are our passion and we want to try to help you get the right shoe for the right job.  We don’t believe the sale ends at checkout.  Unlike big box or corporate websites we believe in the customer and not just the transaction.  Customers aren’t just numbers, they are the life blood of our business.

We serve a multiude of industries with our background in the wood, pulp, and paper industry. We have a large selection for warehousing and light industrial and coming soon a major push into the healthcare industry and public service sector.

We mainly ship USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground.  We can ship directly to the plant or customers house.  Our typical package ships out within 24 hours unless it is placed on Saturday or Sunday.  The vast majority of the items listed on our qwebsite are in our warehouse and ship directly from us.  If it is shipped form the manufacturer it will be noted on the product page.

Absolutely!! Our store and warehouse is staffed from 8:30am to 7pm Monday through Saturday and 12pm to 5pm on Sunday. We operate under The Shoe Box in the storefront and http://MyWorkShoe.com and http://SafetyToe.com online. We don’t have prompts when you call unless its before or after hours and if all phonelines are busy.  Leave a message and we will call you back. (heck, most times its from a cellphone where the number won’t be hidden so you can call back or text if you need follow up information)
